This shot is just one of many views along this Cottonwood Canyon dirt road that connects Kodachrome Basin to the Base of Lake Powell and Page, Arizona. The friendly local folk explained that this particular area is known as Candyland for all its colors. Although it's hard to tell from this photo, the rock in the middle and next to the road is known as Santa Claus for its familiar shape.
